This model works best for well-defined projects with clear requirements: building a new feature set, migrating a legacy system, developing a proof-of-concept, or creating a standalone application. We provide fixed-price or time-and-materials pricing depending on scope clarity, with milestone-based delivery and regular progress demos. You get a finished product without managing the development process.
Team Extension
Individual engineers embedded directly into your existing team. They attend your standups, use your tools, follow your coding standards, and contribute to your codebase as if they were full-time employees. This model is ideal for filling specific skill gaps (need a Flutter expert for 3 months?), handling capacity spikes (product launch push), or accessing specialized expertise (AI/ML, DevOps, security) without committing to a permanent hire. Minimum engagement is typically 3 months to ensure meaningful contribution.

Each candidate has already been briefed on your project and has confirmed interest and availability. You review profiles, conduct your own interviews if desired, and select the engineer(s) you want. Onboarding & Integration

This includes access provisioning coordination, codebase orientation sessions, introduction to team members and stakeholders, documentation of project conventions and standards, and a 30-day ramp-up plan with clear milestones.
